- Documents uploaded to your knowledge base (pricing sheets, SOPs, policies, etc.)
- Phone number (if provided for SMS-based communication)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide our automation services
- Process messages through your AI business assistant
- Store and index your knowledge base documents so your assistant can reference them
- Send automated SMS and email messages on your behalf (appointment reminders, follow-ups, etc.)
- Perform security scans when authorized by you
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic metrics, which is
privacy-friendly and does not use cookies, track individuals, or collect personal data.
Third-Party Services
- Contact form: Form submissions are processed by our form provider and forwarded to our
email. Data is not stored beyond what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.
- AI processing: Your AI assistant messages and knowledge base content are processed through
Anthropic's Claude API. Messages are sent securely and are not used by Anthropic to train their models. Refer
to Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
- SMS messaging: Outbound SMS messages are delivered via Telnyx. Your phone number and
message content are shared with Telnyx solely for delivery purposes.
- Email messaging: Outbound emails are delivered via Mailgun. Recipient email addresses and
message content are shared with Mailgun solely for delivery purposes.
- Knowledge base storage: Documents you upload are stored securely on our managed
infrastructure. If you connect Google Drive, we sync files you designate weekly.
- Booking: If you book a call, your booking data is handled by our scheduling provider per
their privacy policy.
- Payments: All payments are processed by Paddle.com (merchant of record). We never see or store your payment card
details. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, aggregated, anonymous data only. No personal data is
collected.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 90 days unless you become a client. If you become a client,
your contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship.
- AI conversation history: Assistant messages are retained for the duration of your
subscription to provide context and improve responses. Deleted upon cancellation and offboarding.
- Knowledge base documents: Retained for the duration of your subscription. All documents are
deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
Security Services Data
If you opt into our security services (scan, audit, remediation, or monitoring):
- Technical scan data (domain information, vulnerability findings, risk scores) is collected with your
authorization.
- Security reports are retained for 90 days after delivery, or for the duration of an active monitoring
subscription.
- We only scan domains you explicitly authorize. No scans are performed without your written or verbal
consent.
Your Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Contact
us at hello@golemops.com to make a request.
Children
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at
the top of this page.
