These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of golemops.com and the services provided by Golem Ops ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. You must accept these Terms before completing any purchase.

Services

Golem Ops provides an AI-powered business automation platform for small businesses. Our platform delivers digital automation products as a managed service, including:

• AI business assistant (AI-powered assistant accessible via Telegram, WhatsApp, or text)
• Workflow automation (automated workflows configured for your business processes)
• Business messaging (automated SMS and email sequences powered by AI)
• Smart knowledge base (AI-powered document storage and retrieval system)
• Security tools (automated vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and reporting)
• Managed cloud hosting, platform updates, and technical support

AI Assistant & Knowledge Base

• Your AI assistant is powered by third-party language models (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
• Documents you upload to the knowledge base remain your property. We store them solely to enable your assistant to reference them.
• All knowledge base documents and AI conversation history are deleted within 30 days of service cancellation.
• We do not use your data to train AI models. Your information is processed only to provide your requested service.

Security Services

• Security scans, audits, and monitoring are provided on an "as-is" basis. We identify vulnerabilities to the best of our ability but do not guarantee detection of all security issues.
• You must provide written or verbal authorization before any security scan is performed on your domain(s).
• Security findings are confidential and shared only with authorized contacts you designate.
• Golem Ops is not liable for any damages arising from undetected vulnerabilities or from remediation actions taken with your approval.

Pricing

All plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Annual billing is available (pay for 10 months, get 12).

Add-on services are available at fixed prices, including extra workflows ($400 setup + $20/mo), additional channels ($100-$300 setup + $10-$25/mo), security services ($49-$800), voice module ($400 setup + $25-$60/mo), and branding packages ($400-$1,500). Billing & Payments

• All billing is processed through Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to all purchases.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Paddle billing dashboard.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@golemops.com within 14 days of your purchase. Paddle, as the merchant of record, processes all cancellations and refunds in compliance with EU regulations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your automations will continue to run until the end of your current billing period.
• After your billing period ends, all services, automations, and hosted infrastructure are deactivated.
• Any data you uploaded (knowledge base documents, contact lists) can be exported upon request within 30 days of cancellation.
• No cancellation fees apply.

Intellectual Property

All software, automations, workflows, and platform infrastructure are the property of Golem Ops. You are licensing the use of these systems as part of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, access to all automations and related systems is terminated. Data you provide (documents, contact lists, business information) remains yours and can be exported upon request.

Acceptable Use

Our services may only be used for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use our automations for spam, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golem Ops's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability for managed automations. Uptime commitments vary by plan:

• Essentials: 99% uptime SLA
• Professional: 99.5% uptime SLA
• Business: 99.9% uptime SLA (dedicated infrastructure)

Scheduled maintenance and third-party service outages may affect availability. We will notify you of planned downtime in advance when possible. Uptime is measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
