30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

14-Day Cancellation Right (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@golemops.com within 14 days of your purchase. Paddle, as the merchant of record, processes all refunds in compliance with EU regulations.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle billing dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Upon cancellation, your service continues until the end of your current billing period.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Paddle. Refunds to credit/debit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds are processed within 48 hours. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
